Matting agent for hybrid powder coatings

K2065B is a wax-free, non-reactive and synthetic resin based matting agent designed for hybrid powder coating to provide 5-70% of gloss. It features suitable to standard curing condition, excellent flow/fineness surface, and outstanding gloss stability after re-extruded operation.

2.Characteristics

1. Excellent flow and more fineness surface;
2. Outstanding gloss stability after twice extruded;
3. Better gloss-reducing effect at lower use levels;
4. Good anti-yellowing;
5. Better gloss consistency for both white and black coatings;
6. Wide range of applicability to polyester resins.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K2065B together with other components in a high-speed mixer before extrusion.
2. 1-4.5% by weight based on total formulation depends on the gloss required.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
2. Store in temperature between 2 and 32℃ or cool dry place. Keep away from heat and fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
