Adhesion enhancing agent for powder coatings

K5503 is an adhesion enhancing agent for powder coating, it can improve the wettability and transfer-efficiency of powder coating to substrate effectively.

2.Characteristics

K5503 is recommended to be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on: Polyester/TGIC, Polyester/HAA, Epoxy, Hybrid, Polyacrylate and Polyurethane.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K5503 with other components of formulation before extrusion.
2. The usage level is 1-3% by total weight of formulation.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25 Kg per bag.
2. Store in cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 3 years.
