Anti-yellowing additive for powder coatings

K003 is an efficient additive which is specially designed for improving the bake yellowing resistance of coatings, during the process of either gas baking or electric baking. It can be used in polyester/TGIC and polyester/HAA system and so on, and impart excellent Anti-yellowing performance to the films.

2.Characteristics

1. Significantly inhibit yellowing of coatings during the process of either gas baking or electric baking;
2. Can be used in polyester/TGIC and polyester/HAA system, etc.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K003 together with the other components of formulation before extrusion.
2. The usage level is 0.6-1.0% by total weight of formulation.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bag. Net weight 25kg per bag.
2. Store in temperature between 2 and 32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 3 years.
