Pigment disperser for powder coatings

K516 is a 100% active polymeric disperser with improving pigment dispersion and stability in powder coatings.

2.Characteristics

1. Can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on: Polyester/TGIC, Polyester/HAA, Hybrid, Epoxy, PU and Acrylate.
2. Good pigment dispersing ability to provide better color strength/development, esp., jetness [for carbon black].
3. Improved gloss and flow/leveling
4. Improved film quality.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K516 with other components of the formulation before extrusion.
2. Approx. 0.5 to 1.0% by weight, based on total formulation weight.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
2. Store in temperature between 2 and 35℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 3 years.
