Hardener for epoxy powder coatings

K2830 is a micronized modified dicyandiamide, which used as latent curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings.

2.Characteristics

1. Can be used individually or in combination with other materials.
2. Highly reactive activity.
3. Can disperse into liquid resins easily and uniformly.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K2830 with other components of the formulation before extrusion. The baking condition of 180℃/15min are suggested.
2. Approx. 3.5-4.5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 20 kg per bag.
2. Store in temperature between 2 and 32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 3 years.
