Curing agent for Epoxy powder coatings

K7104 is an accelerated dicyandiamide curing agent for epoxy, which is applied for thick film decorative or functional epoxy powder coatings, such as pipeline coating, rebar coating, etc. It can achieve mild temperature curing(160℃) or quick curing. Impart the film excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance.

2.Characteristics

1. Provide 160℃/15min low temperature curing or 240℃/30s fast curing;
2. Applied for thick film decorative coating or functional epoxy powder coating, impart the film excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance;
3. Good storage stability

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K7104 together with other components in a high-speed mixer, then melt blend and extrude the mixture in an extruder.
2. The use level is 3-5 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W 700~900) by weight.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined fiber drums. Net weight 20kg per drum.
2. Store in temperature between 2 and 30℃ or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep away from heat and fire.
3. The shelf life of K7104 is at least 2 years when stored under above conditions.
