Low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings

K7318 is a new anti-yellowing low temperature curing accelerator,designed for powder coatings based on PES/TGIC and hybrid, to reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time.

2.Characteristics

1. Significantly reduce curing temperate or shorten curing time.
2. Excellent anti-yellowing characteristic.
3. Significantly reduce the gloss fluctuations with curing temperature.
4. Improve leveling of the film.

3.Use method & levels

1. Premix K7318 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
2. The use level is 0.3-1% by total weight of formula.

4.Package & Storage

1. Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
2. Store in cool and dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
3. Based on our experience the shelf life of K7318 under above conditions is at least 2 years
